1.RESPECT: PLEASE LET'S RESPECT ONE ANOTHER. Any form of disrespect, or harassment will not be tolerated, in doing so will automatically void this agreement and no service will take place.

2. NONREFUNDABLE: DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Before any production takes place 100% of the remaining balance is due the day of production. NO REFUNDS 

3. OVERTIME: All Shoots are CAPPED at 1.5 hours, anything over 1.5 hours will result in the client having to pay FOR any OVERTIME AT ALL. 

4. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: ALL Clients are financially responsible for paying for additional services such as lighting, treatment, props , casting , locations , vfx , drone and camera equipment that's needed to execute requested service at the time the initial deposit was placed to lock in a shoot date.(Unless rescheduled by SLV LLC)

5. STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS FOR RESCHEDULING DEPOSITS: NO REFUNDS. The client will lose deposit and will have to pay a rebooking fee of $25.00 in order to RE-BOOK services again on top of the balance owed! 

Clients are only allowed to reschedule once. Clients can not reschedule within 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled shoot date . If a client reschedules 48 hours before the scheduled shoot date it will result in a $25 inconvenience fee in order to reschedule for a new date. (Unless rescheduled by SEIZE LIFE VISUALS LLC or unforeseen circumstances) 

7. CANCELING: Canceling on the day of the shoot will result in a $75 inconvenience fee in order to book a new date. 100% of Remaining balance is still owed the day of shoot. Client is responsible for paying any fees due to last minute cancellation in order to book for a new date. (Unless rescheduled by the director or unforeseen circumstances) A NO CALL NO SHOW ON THE DAY OF SHOOT WILL IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT between both parties and client won't be able to book services again. 

8. LATE FEE: Client has a 1 hour grace period the day of shoot if running late. Anything over an hour, will result in a late fee of $25.00 . Remember that your time starts once the director is on set. All late fees must be paid the same day. Remaining balances are always due on the day of shoot. Any late payments will result in a fee of $10.00 a day, until the balance is paid in full. No pre-production will start until all payments and late fees are paid. After paying, your specified turnaround time will begin. Client is responsible for paying late fees for any late payments. In order to avoid late payments. PAY ON TIME. 

9. DELIVERY DATE: Please see Package Details for your turnaround times. If Client needs photos / video sooner he/she can pay additional to have it back sooner than the standard turnaround time. Please understand that a video can or may need more time 

than the 3-7 business days turn around described above. If so it will be communicated and we ask that you have patience if this ends up applying to you. 

10. CREATIVE CONTROL & REVISIONS: Clients are allowed to have input and feedback but the director retains creative control over the final photos & videos. 

Client has 3 days from the day the video was sent to request any changes. After 3 days if the client does not request any changes SEIZE LIFE VISUALS LLC will assume the client is satisfied with the product and that will be considered the final photo or video. PLEASE ALLOW 3 business days for any lengthy Revisions. 

12. COPYRIGHT & INDEMNIFICATION: Client agrees to indemnify and holds and defend A 

SEIZE LIFE VISUALS LLC owns the copyright to ALL RAW FOOTAGE. Meaning Client can not ask to have the raw footage or pay for raw footage. Understand that you are paying for a service package ONLY and only own the license to use the final photos and video for the reason it was created. SEIZE LIFE VISUALS LLC may use any parts of it for valid business promotion. ( reels, demo, stills, etc) Project files such as (pictures, trailers, bts) ARE NOT included but can be included at additional cost. If you give me files to include in your project that you don’t own the copyright to or have permission to give me, and I’m legally sued because of it, you are responsible for the legal fees and damages owed. 

14. LIABILITY: SEIZE LIFE VISUALS LLC will perform the task to the best of their ability but accepts no responsibility of unforeseen circumstances in the event that they occur including but not limited to equipment failure , inability to attend and perform services due to illness and or/any other situation behind their control. In the event that they do occur , SEIZE LIFE VISUALS LLC LLC will use best efforts to try to offer similar services. SEIZE LIFE VISUALS LLC sole liability in any case should be limited to a monetary amount no greater than the total monies paid by the client if a mutual agreement isn't met. In putting down a deposit you are agreeing and abiding to SEIZE LIFE VISUALS LLC terms and conditions. If you do not adhere to these terms/policy then A SEIZE LIFE VISUALS LLC has the right to void this agreement at any time and/or impose a fee. Just a friendly reminder that refunds are not an option after service takes place and deposits are non refundable.
